In order to ensure a security-first culture at Vital, our team members are trained on information security and privacy matters. Maintaining security processes, in regards to our company and product, is top-of-mind across all our team members and is evidenced by the systems we have in place. 

SOC 2 Type 1 completion

In support of our ongoing commitment to information security, we recently announced that Vital has successfully completed the SOC 2 Type 1 report for controls relevant to security, availability, and confidentiality. Together with HIPAA compliance, this is a testament to our resolute safeguarding of customer data.

What’s next for Vital?

Security and compliance are ongoing processes and Vital is committed to continual iteration, maturation, and improvement of our information security program. Our priorities for 2022 include the HITRUST certification and the SOC 2 Type 2 report. Vital’s SOC 2 report is available upon request.
